We happily provide refunds, exchanges or online store credit if you are not happy with your purchase. You can simply request a return for a refund, exchange or online credit. We accept returns and exchanges on all full-priced items. Seasonal items (e.g.: Christmas), or sale items can not be returned.
All returns must be in the original condition as sent; the item must not be worn, altered or washed, and must have its original tags attached. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
To commence a return, please ensure all the above criteria is met. Please ensure your order number is noted somewhere on the parcel and post to us at:
